We develop unique, distinctive visual exterior and interior solutions; we strive to improve comfort of both the driver and passengers of buses, e-buses, trolleybuses and cargo vehicles.

When designing the appearance, cabs and body panels of vehicles we focus on finding individual solutions optimal specifically for our customer.

In order to develop a modern design solution for a product which would find demand at the market, we study competitors analyze and reveal actual trends and carry out an audit of the existing prototype.
We assist in the development of statement of work to contain clear and concise requirements to the product.

Draft designs produced by our Design Studio as conceptual offerings make it possible to elaborate the style direction while design projects help to establish dimensional, structural, ergonomic and graphic solutions and to estimate the value of the final product taking into consideration the cost of originally items and purchased components.

This is an important part of our efforts to develop modern vehicle workplace, interior and exterior design solutions through the use of various materials, technologies and methods offered by the market. We match the developed solutions with our customers’ needs, and control the whole process up to the moment of delivery.

We undertake development of complex functional systems. We select outsourced components and control product costs.
Vehicle and body panels frames are based on shaped profiles and sheet metal. Removable and permanent panels is made of sheet metal, fiberglass, molded ABS and rotomolded plastics.

The VR technology offers the possibility of on-the-fly testing solutions made of composites and plastics, and to ensure sufficient level of detail of the designed objects without having to build scale research models. This tool makes it possible to immerse the observer and to really feel the space of, e.g., a driver's workplace, observability and accessibility of controls, or to walk along a new tram’s cabin.
